December

December

The holiday season on Cape Cod is alive with celebration. In Osterville, the village is festooned with a thousands of sparkling white lights, serving as backdrop to the village’s annual Christmas stroll. Local shopping malls are bumper to bumper with cars as Mom and Dad shop for presents.

Will there be snow for the holidays? Hate to be a pessimist, but there usually isn’t. That doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen. The still relatively warm ocean water (as compared to the air) will keep Cape Cod’s weather systems wet, rather than white, for the first part of the winter season. Eventually the cold wins out, but sometimes not before the end of December.

Remember to always shop local!
