Learn the basics of creating vegetarian sushi in your own kitchen. In this hands-on class with Chef Carol Williams, you will learn how to prepare an impressive spread of vegetarian sushi using an assortment of fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional Japanese cooking techniques. Your $20 fee includes instruction and all the ingredients you will need to create an assortment of delicious sushi complete with dipping sauces and pickled ginger!  Participants will also receive a bamboo rolling mat and chopsticks to take home.
