In this hands-on class with Chef Carol Williams, you will learn how to prepare an impressive spread of vegetarian sushi using an assortment of fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional Japanese cooking techniques. Your $20 fee includes instruction and all the ingredients you will need to create an assortment of delicious sushi complete with dipping sauces and pickled ginger!  Participants will also receive a bamboo rolling mat and chopsticks to take home.

    Come make you very own beautiful resin holdiay tree window!  We will work on an 11x14 window using resin.  Resin does not come out of clothing, so please dress accordingly.  We will bring absolutely everything you need, shells, sand, glass beads, etc.  However, if there is something special you would like to add to your window, please feel free to bring it along.
